Are you passionate about the casino gaming industry? We’re looking for a Director to Human Resources to join our Executive Team and lead the HR function across our fast-paced, hospitality-driven organization. If you bring a strong background in HR, particularly within the hospitality, gaming, or tribal enterprise sectors, and are excited to shape the future of our concept, we want to hear from you!
Director HR Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and empower the Human Resources team, ensuring all HR initiatives are strategically aligned with the organization’s mission, values, and long-term objectives.
- Oversee and optimize all core HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, learning and development, compensation, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance.
- Administer and enhance key HR programs such as 401(k), Workers’ Compensation, FMLA, unemployment claims, employee engagement initiatives, and internal training programs.
Director of HR Qualifications:
- BS in HR or Business
- HR Certifications, a PLUS!
- 5 years of HR casino/gaming REQUIRED
