Exciting opportunity that offers work-life balance in an energetic setting with a unique team and guests! As the Operations Manager, you provide the leadership, direction and support to Unit Managers, Chefs and employees in the successful operation of the restaurants.
Food and Beverage Operations Manager Qualifications:
- 4+ years proven success overseeing multi unit operations averaging $18+million in annual revenue. Energetic personality with the natural ability to motivate teams to succeed.
- Understanding of financial management, budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
- Strong ability to identify and solve problems effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are crucial for interacting with executive leaders, staff, management, and customers. Well composed demeanor and temperament, with ability to navigate challenging situations with grace and a cool head.
Food and Beverage Operations Manager Responsibilities:
- Ensuring that all operational procedures are followed and that all restaurants meet company standards.
- Monitoring and maintaining food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards.
- Managing inventory and controlling costs.
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve efficiency and reduce waste
- Driving performance and sales improvements for all restaurants.
- Developing and implementing strategies to increase market share and revenue
