General Manager – Take the Lead. Drive Results.

We’re hiring a proven General Manager to own the floor, drive performance, and lead a winning team. If you live for hospitality, demand high standards, and know how to deliver an exceptional guest experience—this is your shot.

What You’ll Do:

  • Run the show—FOH + BOH operations
  • Own guest satisfaction, team performance, and financial results
  • Hire, train, schedule, and develop your team
  • Enforce menu and service standards
  • Drive results with a hands-on, high-impact leadership style

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years as GM in a high-volume, full-service setting
  • Strong presence, sharp under pressure, polished communicator
  • Passionate, organized, and focused on the bottom line
