Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing Benefits

Hotel Director of Sales and Marketing Requirements

  • 8+ years in hotel sales and marketing
  • Must relocate to Georgia
  • Marriott full-service Director of Sales experience required
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Positive, "can-do" attitude – driven to succeed
  • Proven track record of success in overseeing sales teams (6-10 members)

Director of Sales and Marketing Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support to achieve goals
  • Develop/execute strategic sales plans to expand the customer base and increase profits
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Prepare and present sales reports/forecasts to senior management
