FOH Manager – Brewery

Be part of a thriving, community-loved craft brewery that’s experiencing exciting growth! We’re seeking a FOH Manager – Brewery to guide our service team, manage day-to-day operations, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive base salary with monthly performance bonuses; total compensation has historically exceeded $100K annually
- Two weeks of paid vacation per year

Qualifications & Requirements
- Demonstrated leadership with a focus on coaching and team development
- Direct experience in FOH operations, including scheduling and inventory management
- Strong commitment to guest service and enthusiasm for craft beer and hospitality
- Outstanding communication and a calm, solutions-oriented leadership style
- Proven success in fast-paced, high-volume settings
