Sales Account Executive /Senior Living Specialist

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Account Executive /Senior Living Specialist to lead business development efforts within a dedicated Northern Cleveland and surrounding territory. If you're a field-based healthcare sales professional who thrives in a quota-driven environment and has strong local hospital relationships, this is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the senior care space.

Sales Account Executive /Senior Living Specialist Benefits and Compensation:

• Base salary of $75,000 – $80,000

• Uncapped quarterly commissions with an expected OTE of $120,000–$135,000

Sales Account Executive /Senior Living Specialist Requirements & Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in field-based healthcare sales (home health, hospice, skilled nursing, infusion, or rehabilitation)

• Existing relationships with hospital case managers, discharge planners, and social workers in the region

• Proven track record of exceeding quotas and managing high-volume referral pipelines

• Ability to generate 30+ referrals per month and drive 10+ move-ins

• Daily in-person visits to hospitals, SNFs, and rehab centers—this is not a remote or inside sales role

• Proficient in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms

Sales Account Executive /Senior Living Specialist Preferred Background & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred

• Previous success working in a performance-based pay environment

• Strong interpersonal communication, urgency in follow-up, and polished presentation skills
