Remote Freight Broker – Benefits and Compensation:
- 1099 contractor model – full autonomy, unlimited earning potential, and flexible structure
- Multiple compensation models based on your book of business:
- Uncapped commissions with real earning potential ($200K+ possible)
- Custom structures available for higher or lower GP
- Flexible compensation plans based on your gross profit and goals
- Fully remote role– Work anywhere in the U.S.

- Asset-based operation with 85 company-owned trucks
Remote Freight Broker – Requirements & Qualifications:
- 1+ year of experience as a Freight Broker or similar role
- Must have an active, verifiable book of business
- Proven ability to close deals and grow accounts independently
- Willingness to operate on commission-driven compensation
- Not reliant on load boards for sourcing freight
- Track record of closing business and maintaining client relationships
Remote Freight Broker – Preferred Background & Skills:
- Background with asset-based operations
- Motivated by growth, independence, and income potential
- High personal integrity and a strong sense of ownership
