We’re looking for a seasoned Remote Tax Supervisor who’s ready to go beyond the traditional. If you bring strong technical tax expertise, strategic insight, and a passion for innovation we want to hear from you!

Tax Supervisor Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary technical tax expert for the team
  • Review complex returns (1120S, 1065, 1040) for accuracy, compliance, and optimization
  • Lead and mentor a small team of tax preparers
  • Conduct tax research and create internal best practices
  • Validate software accuracy and provide actionable feedback
  • Occasionally consult with high-profile or complex clients

Tax Supervisor Requirements:

  • 7+ years of tax experience, focused on S-Corps, partnerships, and individuals.
  • CPA or licensed tax attorney required.
  • C-Corps, estate and trust panning, or gifting – Not required, but a plus.
  • PE/VC experience – Not required, but a plus.
  • 2+ years of team management experience.
  • Bachelor’s minimum in Finance/Accounting
  • In-depth knowledge of U.S. direct tax law.
