We're hiring a licensed Field Sales Consultant to help grow business partnerships and connect agents to those businesses. You’ll act as a trusted advisor—opening doors, building relationships, and help clients get the coverage and service they need. This role is perfect for someone who’s entrepreneurial, coachable, and wants more than just a desk job. Work hard, grow fast, and build a future. Must be a hustler. What You’ll Do:

  • Prospect and secure new business clients (mainly in the equipment, rental, and trucking space)
  • Serve as a consultant, placing licensed agents in front of business owners
  • Travel to meet clients and grow your network
  • Follow a proven system that sets you up for success
  • Lead the way for future sales initiatives, including new product rollouts

What You Need:

  • Active P&C Insurance License (required)
  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience
  • Comfortable with CRM tools and tracking activity
  • Professional, honest, personable, and down-to-earth
  • Strong drive to succeed and a willingness to learn
