We are looking for an organized, detail-oriented New Store Construction Coordinator to help manage FFE sourcing, design, and installation at our growing company

New Store Construction Coordinator Rewards:

Starting salary of $55,000 to $65,000, depending on experience

New Store Construction Coordinator Requirements:

Three or more years of experience in procurement or design
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel
Working knowledge of CAD and Revit
Experience managing numerous vendors
Ability to effectively handle both administrative and purchasing responsibilities
Must be able to manage multiple projects at different phases of construction

New Store Construction Coordinator Responsibilities:

Procure and manage the installation of furniture, fixtures, and decor for our new store openings and locations being remodeled
Maintain FF&E Spreadsheet
Purchase and schedule services for locations under construction
Maintain the information database
Handle fire, health, security, and other required permits
