Architectural Project Manager (Registered Architect)

Location: Jackson, TN (Hybrid role)

A client-focused architectural firm in Jackson, TN is seeking an experienced and licensed Architectural Project Manager to lead impactful projects across a variety of sectors, including municipal, education, and healthcare. This is an excellent opportunity for a Tennessee-registered architect who thrives in a collaborative environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality, purposeful design.

As an Architectural Project Manager, you’ll play a key role in managing all phases of design and construction, from concept to completion. You'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference by shaping public spaces, educational institutions, and community-focused developments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the technical aspects of design, documentation, and production
  • Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and local authorities to define scope and guide successful project execution
  • Lead the development of technical studies, architectural designs, and written specifications
  • Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure on-schedule and on-budget delivery
  • Conduct site visits and attend construction meetings to maintain alignment with design intent, codes, and specifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
  • Active Tennessee Architecture license (required)
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in architectural design, including work on municipal, K-12, or higher education projects
  • Experience with state agencies and/or healthcare facilities is a plus
  • Proficiency in Revit is required
  • Strong project management skills; marketing experience is a plus

Salary: $110,000 – $130,000
