Are you an IICRC-certified leader with expertise in fire, water, and mold restoration? Join a growing team as Director of Mitigation, driving operational excellence and client satisfaction across high-impact commercial restoration projects.
Director of Mitigation Restoration Benefits:
- $85K–$100K expected earnings first year + profit sharing and bonuses
- Hybrid schedule + full travel allowance
- Generous health and wellness stipends
Director of Mitigation Restoration Requirements:
- IICRC certifications + Xactimate proficiency
- Proven success in commercial restoration & mitigation
- Strong project leadership and client relationship skills
