We’re seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Financial Analyst with strong accounting and audit experience to support due diligence for commercial properties including office, retail, industrial, and mixed-use. This role involves reviewing financials, analyzing trends, evaluating lease agreements, and identifying risks in time-sensitive projects.

Must-Haves:

Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
Active CPA License
Experience in Commercial Real Estate or Audit

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze financial reports and property operations across asset types
Audit CAM and tax reconciliations vs. lease agreements
Review lease abstracts, tenant payments, and accounts receivable aging
Identify trends, variances, and risks in income and expenses
Evaluate capital expenditures, contracts, taxes, and ancillary income sources

Ideal Candidate:

2+ years in real estate analytics or audit
Excellent analytical, communication, and reporting skills
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with financial modeling tools
