Kitchen Manager – Benefits and Compensation:

Kitchen Manager – Requirements & Qualifications:

• 2–3 years of kitchen management experience in a full-service or high-volume concept

• Strong working knowledge of food safety standards, prep systems, and BOH operations

• Proven ability to manage kitchen inventory, food costs, and vendor relationships

• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to run effective shifts, manage line flow, and train team members

• Clear communicator with strong organizational skills and a calm, solutions-focused approach under pressure

Kitchen Manager – Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience in polished casual or upscale full-service restaurants

• Familiarity with kitchen scheduling, prep lists, and inventory management tools

• Passionate about food quality, team development, and consistent execution

• High energy, guest-focused mindset with a long-term vision for growth in culinary leadership
