Lounge Director – Curate Exceptional Experiences in an Elite Setting
One of the city’s most esteemed upscale dining destinations is seeking an experienced and refined Lounge Manager to lead operations for its exclusive, late-night lounge. This role is ideal for a hospitality professional with a sophisticated presence, a passion for elevated service, and an intuitive understanding of the high-society guest experience.

What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of leadership experience in fine dining, luxury hotels, or private events
- A background as a Bar Manager, Assistant Manager, or General Manager
- Polished, service-oriented presence with a maître d’ mentality
- Experience managing VIP clientele and delivering white-glove service
- Comfortable working in a late-night, high-touch environment
- Strong exposure to catering, upscale events, or boutique hospitality
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of lounge operations, including staffing, scheduling, payroll, and inventory
- Inspire, develop, and mentor team of hospitality professionals
- Maintain a hands-on leadership presence on the floor, ensuring flawless service and ambiance
- Uphold and exceed local, state, and federal health and sanitation standards
