Chef de Cuisine Requirements and Qualifications
- Two to three years of culinary leadership in a high-end environment.
- Have a professional demeanor with members and fellow staff members.
- Excellent cooking skills, able to produce great food from scratch.
- Impeccable attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Creative, able to collaborate on menus and specials.
Chef de Cuisine Preferred Background and Skills
- Culinary Degree (Preferred).
- 10 total years experience working in high-end hotels, country clubs or fine dining restaurants.
- Collaborative leader and team player.
- Administratively savvy, able to develop and implement standards, processes and recipes.
- Experience with events, banquets and catering.
