We seek an experienced Workers' Compensation Reconciliation/Recovery Specialist to join our small, growing company in Des Moines, Iowa. Whether you are a seasoned leader or a rising star, if you love a hands-on, high-impact role and have at least 5 years of Workers' Compensation audit experience, we would love to speak with you!
Benefits for the Workers' Compensation Reconciliation Specialist:
- Competitive salary of $80,000 – $115,000
- 100% employer paid health benefits
- Remote or Hybrid work schedule, depending on where you live (remote if outside of Des Moines)

Responsibilities for the Workers' Compensation Reconciliation Specialist:
- Create a scalable audit recovery program from scratch
- Hire and lead new department employees
- Develop processes and a reporting and recovery strategy
- Collaborate with internal and external clients and service providers
Qualifications for the Workers' Compensation Reconciliation Specialist:
- Minimum of five years of workers' compensation audit experience
- In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation class codes and audit procedures
- Solid investigator with proven results
- A self-starter with a process-driven mindset is ideal
