We seek an experienced Workers' Compensation Reconciliation/Recovery Specialist to join our small, growing company in Des Moines, Iowa. Whether you are a seasoned leader or a rising star, if you love a hands-on, high-impact role and have at least 5 years of Workers' Compensation audit experience, we would love to speak with you!

Benefits for the Workers' Compensation Reconciliation Specialist:

  • Competitive salary of $80,000 – $115,000
  • 100% employer paid health benefits

Responsibilities for the Workers' Compensation Reconciliation Specialist:

  • Create a scalable audit recovery program from scratch
  • Hire and lead new department employees
  • Develop processes and a reporting and recovery strategy
  • Collaborate with internal and external clients and service providers

Qualifications for the Workers' Compensation Reconciliation Specialist:

  • Minimum of five years of workers' compensation audit experience
  • In-depth knowledge of workers' compensation class codes and audit procedures
  • Solid investigator with proven results
  • A self-starter with a process-driven mindset is ideal
