Restaurant Manager: Qualifications and Job Responsibilities
- Must have at least 2 years experience as a Manager in Dining
- Must be able to thrive in a high-volume operation.
- Catering and Special Event experience is a big plus.
- Model desired behavior to the team and act as an example of service excellence.
- Work alongside the team and be ready to assist whenever necessary.
- Will have Front of the House responsibilities, but may be expected to assist in all areas.
