Executive Chef – Michelin-Caliber Opportunity relocation to Washington, DC
Our fine dining restaurant is seeking a visionary Executive Chef with Michelin-level experience to lead our team.

We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in Michelin-starred kitchens or James Beard-recognized establishments
- Creative, detail-oriented, and committed to culinary excellence
- Inspiring leader with strong communication and team-building skills
- Steady and focused under pressure, with a hands-on work ethic
- Passionate about quality, consistency, and innovation
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations and service execution
- Train, mentor, and manage a high-performing culinary team
- Maintain food and labor cost controls while upholding top-tier quality
- Lead service and manage expediting to ensure flawless execution
- Ensure proper use and maintenance of all kitchen equipment
