What You’ll Do:

Oversee daily FOH operations with a focus on quality, consistency, and guest satisfaction
Lead and inspire your team, ensuring impeccable service and strong floor presence
Maintain standards, implement systems, and drive cost control
Problem-solve on the fly and create a seamless guest experience

What You Bring:

3+ years of AGM experience in high-volume ($5M+ annual sales) restaurants
A hospitality-first mindset with an ownership mentality
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
Strong leadership skills – coach, develop, and uphold standards
A passion for great food, great service, and a great team
