Adventure Sport Instructor Qualifications:

We’re looking for people who:

  • Are passionate about helping guests of all skill levels achieve their goals
  • Can create a fun, energetic, and safe environment for guests of all ages
  • Can meet the physical requirements of the role, including passing a fitness assessment
  • Stay calm under pressure and lead with confidence
  • Thrive in a tight-knit, supportive team environment
  • Have the charisma and confidence to lead small groups
  • Have a background in hospitality, sales, or coaching (a plus!)

Adventure Sport Instructor Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you’ll need to:

  • Be open to relocating within your assigned region for training (relocation allowance provided)
  • Be 18 years of age or older
  • Be physically fit and able to perform physically demanding work for extended periods
  • Be flexible to work weekends and holidays — Peak business and most exciting times
  • Bring energy, positivity, and enthusiasm to everything you do
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude
  • Be eager to learn, grow, and develop through ongoing training
  • Prioritize safety for yourself, your teammates, and guests
  • Work well within a team and build strong, positive relationships
