We are looking for a General Manager to open a Brand New fast-casual. We need a proven leader that is ready to open a totally new fresh food concept. Looking for hands-on leaders who are not afraid to work shoulder to shoulder with their team to build a successful business. If you are a self-starter, quality driven, organized, with restaurant opening experience then look no farther, we have the right position for you.
Restaurant General Manager Requirements/Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of Restaurant General Management experience in a Fast-Casual concept.
- New Restaurant Opening experience a plus.
- Previous experience in a Fresh Prep Fast Casual, a Plus
- Flexibility to work various shifts-Open-Close- And Some Holidays; BUT we Close at 9!
- Proven track-record of people development.
- Demonstrates a strong passion for the guest.
- Coaching a motivating team.
- Developing team members and developing internally
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines and multi-task
