Project Manager
A growing food manufacturing company looking for a Project Manager to join our team. This role is focused on driving operational improvements by planning and directing initiatives that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our production teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage cross-functional projects focused on process and performance improvement within a food manufacturing environment
- Utilize Auto-CAD to support design and implementation of plant layout changes or equipment upgrades
- Collaborate across departments and communicate effectively at all levels of the organization
- Track and report on project progress, including success metrics and ROI
Requirements:
- On-site role; must be available to work hands-on with production teams
- 2+ years of direct project management experience, ideally with measurable impact
- Proficient in Auto-CAD or similar drafting software
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills—capable of working up and down the org chart with tact and clarity
- Experience within a food manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to think strategically and manage multiple projects across cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
- Experience working directly on the plant floor
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
