Due Diligence/Transaction Manager Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Finance or Accounting is required
- Minimum four years of relevant work experience in public accounting (a blend of audit/assurance and financial due diligence within a national accounting firm is a plus)
- Excellent project management skills with ability to produce quality work with an attention to detail
- Thorough knowledge of technical accounting (US GAAP) and proven background implementing and executing audit and financial due diligence techniques
- An understanding of financial statements and financial modeling, with the ability to assess a company’s cash flows and earnings (Quality of Earnings)
- High level of proficiency using Microsoft Excel and data analytics tools (Power Query is highly preferred)
