We are excited to partner with our client seeking a Restaurant Floor Manager to lead the team in delivering exceptional service and creating memorable experiences for every guest. As a Restaurant Floor Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily service operations, developing and implementing strategies to enhance guest satisfaction.
Restaurant Floor Manager Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and employee engagement
• Collaborate with senior management to achieve business objectives and growth initiatives
• Lead and motivate a team of service professionals to deliver exceptional results
Restaurant Floor Manager Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in Upscale Casual Dining or Hospitality Management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, additional languages beneficial
• Physical stamina to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 pounds
