Are you a hands-on leader with a strong work ethic and a “do what it takes” mentality? Our scratch kitchen, farm-to-table restaurant is looking for an Assistant Kitchen Manager (AKM) who thrives in a high-expectation, high-accountability environment and is eager to grow into an Executive Kitchen Manager role.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Work Ethic & Drive: You believe in putting your head down, working hard, and taking pride in a well-run kitchen.
  • Leadership in Action: Our AKMs and KMs are on the floor, on the line—not behind a clipboard. You’ll be a production manager, ensuring execution at the highest level.
  • Growth Mindset: We want leaders who will take the bull by the horns, own their role, and grow with us.
  • Systems-Oriented Approach: Our specials and recipes are developed by the Culinary Director—your job is to execute them to spec, manage operations, and develop your team.
  • People Management: You’ll be responsible for leading, developing, and holding your team accountable in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

What This Role is NOT:

If you’re looking for daily culinary creativity and menu development, this might not be the right fit. We are focused on consistency, execution, and operational excellence.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive Salary & Growth Opportunities
  • Full Healthcare Benefits Package with Long and Short Term Disability
  • A Team Culture that Rewards Hard Work and Leadership

Apply today and take the next step in your career!
