Junior to Mid-Level Commercial Debt Attorney Requirements:
- A minimum of 1-year of commercial/civil litigation experience, knowledge of state court litigation filings and service procedures
- Knowledge of civil procedures and legal terminology
- Knowledge of WordPerfect, Word, Excel, Legal Solutions, Essential forms would be helpful
- Knowledge of bankruptcy law would be a bonus.
Junior to Mid-Level Commercial Debt Attorney Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough legal research and skillfully draft pleadings, motions, and briefs
- Take ownership of cases from inception to resolution, including managing depositions, hearings and mediations
- Collaborate seamlessly with partners and clients to develop and execute effective case strategies
- Provide timely and strategic legal advice to clients
- Contribute to fostering a positive and collaborative team environment
