A Florida-based Hotel Management Group seeks an experienced Full-service Hotel General Manager with Marriott experience to be the Ambassador of the Hotel and lead a team of well-trained Associates to exceed Guest expectations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong tenure at full-service properties with high food & beverage sales. We are looking for a Hotel Leader and Team Builder to establish a level of service beyond Guest expectations to create memorable experiences. Benefits:

  • Salary – $150,000 to $160,000
  • Attainable Bonus Plan – up to 40% of annual salary

Responsibilities:

  • Train, Lead, Mentor, and develop team members to consistently provide a memorable Guest experience
  • Oversee and manage overall operations of the Hotel, including but not limited to, Front Office, Sales, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Engineering
  • Identify property needs and execute a plan to address those needs
  • Prepare operational budgets facilitating financial planning and expense control
  • Forecast revenue based on market segments and execute a plan to exceed revenue goals
  • Serve as the Brand Ambassador in the Community 

Qualifications:

  • At least 5 years of full-service Marriott General Manager experience (Certified Marriott General Manager preferred)
  • At least 3 years of Food & Beverage experience
  • Ability to think critically to develop strategies for success
  • Thrive in an ever-changing & fast-paced environment
  • Proven track record in delivering financial results
  • Need to be able to analyze a P&L to ensure cost controls
  • Ability to analyze Guest Service reports and recognize market trends
  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication
  • Proven track record of positive associate satisfaction scores
