Our established and well-known French Quarter upscale restaurant is seeking a General Manager to lead our team. We offer a family-feel work environment with a team of highly tenured leaders.

General Manager Requirements and Responsibilities

  • Prior experience in a similar role – fine-dining experience and wine knowledge are required
  • 5+ years of progressive restaurant leadership
  • Proven ability to mentor, train, and retain staff
  • Passion for hospitality and all things food and beverage
  • Flexible and open-minded attitude with the ability to bring new ideas to the table
