Medicare Reimbursement Attorney Benefits & Compensation:

Medicare Reimbursement Attorney Qualifications & Responsibilities:
- JD from an accredited law school with outstanding academic credentials
- MA bar admission.
- 5+ years of experience in healthcare law preferred.
- Strong interest in health law and policy. Government experience, a plus.
- Ability to manage all aspects of litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs.
- Conduct legal research and analysis related to healthcare law and litigation matters.
- Assist in the preparation of cases for hearings, trials, and appeals.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and regulatory agencies.
- Book of business preferred, or strong interest in building the client base.
