Assistant Manager – Fast-Casual Restaurant (Houston, TX)
Are you a motivated leader with a passion for great food and exceptional service? A well-established fast-casual restaurant in Houston is looking for an Assistant Manager to join our team!

What You’ll Do:
- Assist in managing daily operations, ensuring top-tier food quality, customer service, and cleanliness.
- Lead and develop a team through training, motivation, and support.
- Oversee inventory management, ordering, and cost control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and company policies.
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience through hands-on leadership and problem-solving.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2 years of supervisory experience in a fast-food or fast-casual restaurant setting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Passion for high-quality food and excellent customer service.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
