Who We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership: 3-5 years of successful General Manager experience in a high-volume, corporate restaurant setting.
- Stability and commitment: Solid tenure with no more than 2 positions in the past 5 years.
- Results-driven mindset: Demonstrated success in building sales, developing team talent, and fostering genuine community relationships.
- Hands-on leader: Someone who thrives in an active, fast-paced environment and enjoys leading their team each and every shift.
- People-oriented: Passionate about your team and invested in creating a positive, supportive workplace culture.
