Extended Stay Sector – Hotel National Director of Sales and Marketing
Are you ready to join a new, exciting and growing hotel concept! We are seeking a National Director of Sales and Marketing to support our growth. The Regional Sales and Marketing Director will lead our strategic business objectives for sales volume, revenue generation, and account penetration within our growth markets. A key function of this position is to capture market intelligence, and trends, and highlight opportunities for new markets we enter. Our Sales Director will partner with Area Sales Managers and the General Manager(s) to develop sales and marketing plans and assist with closing sales leads.
Regional Sales Director Job Qualifications:
- Sales experience within Corporate Sales, Relocation, Government, Military, Sports, Construction, and Medical
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Extensive knowledge of the hotel, its services, and its facilities
- Ability to travel 25% of the time
- Also must have had sales experience over at least 50 properties at once.
- Hospitality experience is required
- 3+ years Extended Stay sales experience preferred
Regional Sales Director Benefits and Compensation:
- Salary up to $155,000 plus 30K bonus
- Medical, Dental, and Vision including 401k
- Retirement Plan with company matching up to 5%
- Vacation PTO & All Major Holidays / Sick PTO
