Front-of-House Manager | Casual Dining Group

We’re a growing, established brand known for outstanding service, great food, and a welcoming atmosphere — and we’re looking for Front-of-House Managers ready to lead by example and elevate the guest experience.

Front-of-House Manager Benefits & Compensation:

  • 5-day work week (many Managers enjoy 4-day weeks, depending on performance)
  • Hourly rate boost for Assistant Managers – up to $2.50/hr based on KPI achievement
  • Performance-based bonus paid every period (13 periods per year)
  • Health Coverage: Blue Cross/Blue Shield

  • Paid Time Off:
    • 2 weeks/year to start
    • 3 weeks after 5 years
    • 4 weeks after 10 years

Front-of-House Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of FOH management experience in a casual dining environment
  • Proven ability to train, lead, and inspire service teams
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Comfortable with POS systems, scheduling platforms, and team management tools
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays as required

Front-of-House Manager Must-Haves (What You’ll Actually Be Doing):

  • Lead by example and set the tone for high-energy, guest-centric service
  • Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism and urgency
  • Build and maintain a service-focused floor team through daily coaching and consistent feedback
  • Create and manage weekly FOH schedules that support both labor goals and team morale
  • Oversee dining room, bar, and entry cleanliness and organization throughout each shift
  • Work closely with BOH leadership to ensure smooth service transitions and team alignment
  • Track and manage labor metrics and assist with cost control efforts

Front-of-House Manager Background & Skills:

  • Hospitality-focused mindset with a desire to create memorable guest experiences
  • Experience driving operational KPIs through strong team management
  • Background in bar or beverage service operations, a plus
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a bonus
