Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations and lead the management team
- Deliver exceptional guest service and quickly resolve any concerns
- Ensure high standards for food quality, presentation, and efficiency
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff for top performance
- Maintain compliance with safety, sanitation, and company policies
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-energy environment
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- High attention to detail and a commitment to operational excellence
- At least five years of experience as a Senior Restaurant Manager or General Manager in a full-service setting (experience with alcohol service preferred)
