An experienced General Manager is needed to drive the success of our lively, upscale café. This is a hands-on role where you'll oversee daily operations, boost sales, and cultivate a thriving team in a fast-casual setting. A passion for fresh, organic, and local food is essential for ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

General Manager Qualifications/Requirements:
- At least two years of professional experience in quick-service or fast-casual environments
- flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays, while prioritizing your work-life balance
- Knowledge of systems – P&L, Inventory, Scheduling
- A strong commitment to excellence
