General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • 2 years experience as a GM in a Fast Casual or QSR setting
  • Success in developing managers while executing the brand standards at their own unit
  • Good communication ability
  • High Standards!
  • Strong analytical skills with proven track record of achieving results
  • Experience finding and building a team of employees
