General Manager Qualifications/Responsibilities:

2 years experience as a GM in a Fast Casual or QSR setting
Success in developing managers while executing the brand standards at their own unit
Good communication ability
High Standards!
Strong analytical skills with proven track record of achieving results
Experience finding and building a team of employees
