Position: Director of Sales – Kitchen & Bath Division
Location: Atlanta, GA
About the Role:
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead our Atlanta-based sales team specializing in kitchen and bath remodeling. This role is ideal for a motivated leader who thrives on driving revenue, building strong client relationships, and fostering a high-performing, in-home sales culture. If you have a proven track record and a passion for delivering outstanding results, we want you on our team!
Compensation & Benefits:
- Base Salary: $90,000 per year
- Bonuses: Opportunity to earn $100-$300k+ annually, including performance-based and self-generated lead bonuses
- Perks: Profit sharing, growth opportunities, paid training, and additional benefits
Your Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Recruit, develop, and coach a best-in-class sales team.
- Revenue Strategy: Implement innovative strategies to boost revenue and capture market share in Atlanta.
- Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional client experiences, turning every customer into a loyal advocate.
- Market Expertise: Keep up with emerging design trends and market insights to offer cutting-edge solutions, for cabinets, counters, layouts, etc.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strategic partnerships to drive business growth.
What We’re Looking For:
- Industry Experience: At least 5 years in sales management within remodeling, construction, or design.
- Sales Achievement: Demonstrated ability to manage $10M+ in annual sales.
- Specialized Knowledge: Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in kitchen, bath, or in-home sales.
