Project Manager Requirements:

  • 4 Year Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
  • Professional Engineering, PE Registration
  • 5 plus years of Structural Design Experience
  • Leadership skills to run a team and keep them on track
  • Client facing knowledge and experience with collaborating with a team
  • Competent in AutoCAD, RISA, Revit, Navisworks and Building Information Modeling

Project Manager Duties:

  • Strong communication to both clients and senior leadership
  • Deliver Projects within established budgeted hours and deadlines
  • Mange Billable Expectations
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations as needed
  • 25% travel is expected and could increase as projects get close to completion. (Typically short visits 2-3 days)
  • Work with drawings, computer models and verbal information supplied by the Client to develop a code compliant and cost-effective structural system
  • Perform Construction Administration services including the review of specifications and shop drawings, prepare/respond to construction RFIs.
  • Perform Construction Quality site inspections
