We are seeking a passionate and experienced Executive Chef to lead the culinary team at our new Mediterranean restaurant. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the menu, oversee kitchen operations, and deliver an exceptional dining experience rooted in authentic Greek flavors.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience: Minimum of 5 years as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a full-service restaurant

🔹 Culinary Expertise: Deep knowledge of Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, including traditional ingredients and cooking techniques

🔹 Leadership: Proven ability to build, lead, and develop a high-performing kitchen team

🔹 Operational Skills: Experience managing food costs, inventory, and vendor relationships

🔹 New Restaurant Openings: Prior experience launching or establishing new restaurant concepts is a plus

🔹 Education: Culinary degree or equivalent professional training preferred

🔹 Innovation: Ability to create and execute seasonal, inspired, and authentic Greek menus

🔹 Standards: Commitment to maintaining the highest food safety and sanitation protocols
