Who We’re Looking For:
Steakhouse Expertise – Proven leadership in a high-volume, full-service steakhouse
Strategic Leader – Someone who can mentor, develop, and grow a strong management team
Guest-Focused – A service-driven mindset with a passion for hospitality excellence
P&L Expertise – Strong financial acumen in managing budgets, revenue, and cost control
Operational Excellence – A track record of success in upscale, independent restaurants
The Must-Haves:
🔹 5+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume steakhouse
🔹 Currently leading in a high-profile dining establishment
🔹 ServSafe Manager Certification (or willingness to obtain)
🔹 Growth Mindset – A leader eager to take on greater responsibility and expand into multi-unit oversight
🔹 Passion & Drive – A hands-on leader who inspires teams and elevates the brand
