Retail Sales Manager Responsibilities/Qualifications:

  • 3+ Years of Retail Sales Experience In a Commission Based Environment
  • 2+ Years of Experience Leading a Professional Sales Team In a Touch Base Sales Environment
  • Ability to Train and Develop Sales Professionals to Achieve Sales Goals
  • Self-Starter, Problem Solver and Collaborative Leader
  • Can Work Flexible Schedule and Available Days, Nights, Weekends and Holidays when Needed
