Director of Operations Benefits/Compensation:
- Base salary of $120,000 – $130,000
- Performance-based bonus incentives
- Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance
- 401(k) plan with company participation and generous PTO
- Limited travel (~5%) with exposure to multi-property operations
Director of Operations Requirements/Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations across spa, F&B, facilities, and member services
- Drive revenue growth, KPI performance, and cost control initiatives
- Lead and mentor department heads and the on-site General Manager
- Introduce scalable systems and structures without stifling creativity
- Maintain exceptional guest experiences through service leadership
- Collaborate with ownership on strategy, growth, and capital planning
- Prior experience in luxury resorts, clubs, or wellness destinations
- Strong hands-on leadership and team engagement style
