LARGE GROWTH OPP ROLE with a stable and growing 70+ year-old global company seeks an early career B2B Technical Account Rep. Will be responsible for driving account growth and customer support within an assigned business segment. This role focuses on following up with incoming leads, developing customized project solutions, executing commercial strategies, achieving sales targets, and fostering continuous improvement to support revenue growth. Direct Report to facility GM.

Manufacturing Account Rep Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2 years of B2B account management experience of a technical manufactured product
  • Strong solution-based account management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and close deals; Track record of driving new business

Manufacturing Account Rep Preferred Background & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Bachelors degree or equivalent experience

 Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective account growth strategies in collaboration with leadership.
  • Identify and engage new business opportunities through warm leads, networking, and trade shows.
  • Manage and grow commercial, OEM, and institutional accounts.
  • Execute sales plans to meet or exceed quotas and revenue targets.
  • Conduct customer meetings to assess needs and solutions in person, via phone, and video.
  • Prepare formal quotes in coordination with internal teams.
  • Utilize CRM and other business systems for communication and process improvement.
  • Leverage data analytics to refine market strategies and achieve sales goals.
  • Domestic travel required (~20%).
