We seek a passionate and hospitality-driven General Manager to lead our San Francisco coffee shop. This role is ideal for a leader who loves coffee, food, and people and thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

Coffee Shop, General Manager -What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of management or leadership experience in hospitality.
  • Daytime availability – our cafes operate during peak morning and afternoon hours.
  • Strong leadership and people management skills – we are nothing without our teams!
  • A keen attention to detail in food and beverage service.
  • Excellent communication skills and a passion for creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Coffee Shop, General Manager -What You’ll Do:

  • Oversee daily store operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering a positive work culture.
  • Embody the brand’s core values and act as a key ambassador.
  • Manage scheduling, payroll, and inventory to maintain smooth operations.
  • Drive sales and performance goals while maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Coffee Shop, General Manager -What We Offer:

  • $75,000 – $80,000 base salary (DOE) + quarterly bonus potential
