We are seeking a Restaurant Executive Chef to oversee food production, ensure high-quality standards, cost controls, and guest satisfaction. This role includes supervising kitchen staff, enforcing sanitation guidelines, and collaborating with F&B managers.

Restaurant Chef Requirements and Responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 5 years of culinary experience with supervisory duties in a casual to upscale casual full-service environment
  • Advanced cooking skills & knowledge of sanitation regulations
  • Manage daily kitchen operations & control food/labor costs
  • Train & develop kitchen staff, conducting performance reviews
  • Handle guest concerns & maintain high service standards
