Are you passionate about the art of traditional French baking? Do you take pride in laminating the perfect dough, crafting each croissant by hand, and working with high-quality ingredients? If so, we want YOU to join our team as our Croissant Baker! We are located in a suburb outside of Philly, with an incredibly loyal following for our delicious croissants.

What You’ll Do:

  • Prepare and bake a variety of croissants and laminated pastries entirely from scratch.
  • Mix, ferment, laminate, and shape dough with precision and consistency.
  • Maintain the highest standards of quality, texture, and flavor in every batch.
  • Work with natural, high-quality ingredients—no shortcuts, no pre-made dough.
  • Manage proofing times and baking schedules to ensure fresh, perfectly baked pastries.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop seasonal and specialty pastries.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of professional experience in laminated dough and artisan baking.
  • Passion for traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.
  • Ability to work early morning shifts and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of fermentation, butter quality, and dough hydration.
  • Team-oriented attitude with a love for sharing craft and creativity.
