General Manager – Youngstown, OH

An exciting opportunity awaits an experienced General Manager to lead an upscale casual restaurant located on a premier golf course in Youngstown, OH. This seasonal venue also includes a banquet facility and indoor golf simulator, requiring a hands-on leader with strong operational expertise in both front- and back-of-house.

General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

• $65,000 – $75,000 base salary plus up to $10,000 in annual bonuses

• Leadership role at a well-regarded golf course restaurant with banquet and event facilities

• Relocation assistance available for qualified candidates

General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in an upscale or high-volume restaurant setting

• Strong kitchen experience and ability to oversee BOH operations

• Manage day-to-day operations, staff scheduling, guest satisfaction, and service standards

• Coordinate seamlessly between restaurant service, banquet events, and golf simulator usage

• Adapt to seasonal fluctuations and ensure operational efficiency throughout the year

General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience with golf course restaurants or event venues with banquet capabilities

• Hands-on leadership style and ability to foster a performance-driven, guest-focused culture
