Restaurant General Manager – Hoboken, NJ

We’re hiring a Restaurant General Manager who is passionate about hospitality, motivated to lead, and ready to create a top-tier guest experience. Join a company that values work-life balance, team culture, and leadership growth in a fun, fast-paced setting.

Restaurant General Manager Benefits and Compensation:

• $65,000 base salary + performance bonus paid every 4 weeks (13 times per year)

Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

3+ years of general management experience in full-service or high-volume restaurant environments

• Proven ability to hire, train, and lead high-performing teams

• Strong financial acumen, including P&L analysis and cost control strategies

• Day-to-day oversight of inventory management, staffing, and guest experience execution

• Must be comfortable leading by example on the floor and cultivating a strong service culture

Restaurant General Manager Preferred Background & Skills:

• Experience with scheduling systems, vendor relations, or multi-unit communication tools

• A team-focused leader who inspires accountability, positivity, and performance
