Clubhouse Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing day-to-day operations of the clubhouse
  • Supervise and train staff members
  • Administer Staff Schedules
  • Handle member inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints
  • Coordinate events and ensure smooth operation
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the clubhouse
  • Support the club with budgeting, inventory, and scheduling

Clubhouse Manager Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in Club/Resort or Hotel management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Leadership ability and team management experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
